06-28-2009 **** BCC beats NHECC to register 4th win in a Row**** BCC beat NHECC by 124 runs on Sunday. BCC won the toss and elected to bat without hesitation. After losing both openers cheaply BCC fought back hard and put up a target of 225 runs. Patrick scored a patient 50 while Don, Raza and Steve played a supporting knock of 48, 37 and 40. NHECC was dismissed for 100 runs. Steve and Genus took 4 wickets each.. ScoreCard

06-21-2009 **** BCC beats NMCC in 40 over game**** BCC beat NMCC with ease in a 40 over game. NMCC was dismissed for 138 which BCC chased without any problems with losing only 1 wicket. Rose was not out on a brilliant 80 while Raza played a nice support knock of 39. ScoreCard

06-14-2009 **** BCC wins against United in a low scoring thriller **** Bridgeport pulled out a great victory by bowling out UCC for 79 runs. Lloyd Reid took 5 wickets for only 19 runs when BCC was defending small target of 88 runs. ScoreCard

06-13-2009 **** BCC lost 20/20 Semi Final to NMCC **** Bridgeport Cricket Club lost the 20/20 semi final to NMCC by 27 runs. NMCC did well to reach the target of 144. BCC failed to develop any partnerships and lost wickets regularly. Sammy Verma took 4 wickets for 22 runs to help NMCC get to the finals. ScoreCard

06-08-2009 **** BCC starts the 40 over competition in style **** Bridgeport Cricket Club won their first 40 over game against Cheshire Cricket Club. BCC put up a total of 225 runs with a 53 by Don, 42 by Steve and Carl. Cheshire folder for 123 runs, Reidy took 3 wickets in 8 overs with 2 maindens and only gave up 21 runs. ScoreCard

06-07-2009 **** BCC beats NHECC to storm into the semi finals **** Bridgeport Cricket Club won their last 20/20 game against New Have Eagles. BCC restricted the opposition to a total of 132 runs. Raza and Adnan took 3 wickets each. Bridgeport chased the runs in 17.5 overs with an unbeaten 80 by Jovy and well supported 44 by Adnan. ScoreCard

05-30-2009 **** BCC wins practice game with Windsor **** Bridgeport Cricket Club won the practice game against Windsor Cricket Club. Jovy Rose was the star who first took 3 wickets and then scored a 75 not out to chase 158 target posted by visiting side. ScoreCard

05-17-2009 **** BCC beats DCC in the third 20 over League Game **** Sunday, May 17th BCC bowled out DCC for only 78 runs. BCC chased the runs within 12 overs for only 2 wickets to gain a two bonus point with brilliant knock from Don and Patrick, they made 35* and 19* respectively. ScoreCard

05-16-2009 **** BCC loses to Spring Valley in a practice game **** Saturday, May 16th BCC hosted Spring Valley Cricket club in a practice game. BCC won the toss and managed to only make 81 runs for all out. Spring Valley chased the runs with some difficulty. ScoreCard

05-10-2009 **** BCC wins the Second League 20 over **** Sunday, May 10th Bridgeport Cricket Club played its second 20 over League game against Norwalk. Bridgeport did well to post 158 runs on the board on a winday day with ball moving in the air. Oneil, Adnan and Jovy helped the side with brilliant knocks of 53, 41* and 32 respectively. BCC then bowled Norwarlk out for only 69 runs to gain two bonus points. Adnan took 3 wickets for 2 runs. ScoreCard

05-03-2009 **** First League 20 over game Rains out **** Sunday, May 3rd Bridgeport Cricket Club played its first 20 over League game.
